Cisco, which sells a range of networking products and computer software to connect equipment to the online, has examined the technologies with about 15 customers, which include Phillips 66 and Schneider Electric powered.

Regular systems can detect problems and respond only when they happen, but if networks can forecast troubles and make variations proactively, the consumer will have a vastly improved knowledge, Robbins claimed.

The corporation plans to announce original integrations and delivers of the product or service at its yearly networking conference, Cisco Live, in June.
